This Subscription Policy explains how paid subscriptions to the Privable service (the "Service") work, including how they are purchased, billed, renewed, and canceled. It forms part of, and should be read together with, the Privable Terms of Use and Service and the Privacy Policy.

The Service is operated by Notch Limited (company number 15849302), with its registered office at Unit 4, 27 Calder Yard, London EC2A 3LH, United Kingdom ("we," "us," "our").

1. How Subscriptions Are Purchased

1.1. Privable subscriptions are purchased on our website. The Privable mobile app does not sell subscriptions or process payments; it gives access to the Service for accounts that already have an active subscription. The specific plans, prices, billing periods, and any introductory or promotional offers available to you are displayed on the checkout page at the time of purchase.

1.2. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

2. Billing and Automatic Renewal

2.1. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period for the same length of time, at the then-current price shown when you purchased or as later communicated to you in advance. The renewal charge is made to the payment method you provided at checkout.

2.2. If a renewal payment fails, we may try to charge it again. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be suspended or canceled, and your access to paid features will end.

3. Cancellation

3.1. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: you keep access to paid features until that period ends, and you will not be charged again after that.

3.2. To cancel, you can:

• use the subscription management link in your purchase confirmation email;
• use your account page on our website; or

4. Refunds

4.1. Except where applicable law requires otherwise or a specific offer expressly says so, payments are non-refundable, and we do not give refunds or credits for partially used billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within a reasonable time after the charge, and we will review your request.

4.2. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal rights.

5. Price Changes

5.1. We may change subscription prices from time to time. Price changes will apply no earlier than your next billing period, and we will notify you in advance of any price increase that affects your renewal. If you do not accept a new price, you can cancel renewal before it takes effect.

6. Free Features and Trials

6.1. Some parts of the Service may be available free of charge. If a free trial or promotional period is offered, its length and conditions are set out in the offer. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts into a paid one and the payment method on file is charged.
